InnerWorkings Signs Agreement with IHG
Chicago-based InnerWorkings announced a multi-year, multi-million dollar enterprise print management agreement with IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group).
"We thoroughly reviewed the strategic print management options for our global brands and selected InnerWorkings in the Americas," said Don Berg, VP Global Loyalty Programs at IHG. "We have been working very closely with InnerWorkings in 2009 and we are confident that the expertise and technology that they bring to our team will enhance the experience for all of our brands and continue to result in a significant bottom-line impact."
As part of the agreement, InnerWorkings will be managing print and fulfillment for the world's largest hotel loyalty program, Priority Club Rewards, with 44 million members worldwide.
"IHG is an industry leader with top brands and print programs that span across many different product categories," said Eric D. Belcher, chief executive officer of InnerWorkings. "We are thrilled to team up with IHG and believe this is another great example of our ability to bring the optimal resources to the table for a client with a complex set of requirements."
