Print+Promo (P+P): How do you set goals for yourself? For your business?
Lanelle Henderson (LH): I'm a planner, so a mechanical pen and notebook with calendar is how I set personal and business goals. To accomplish goals, you must write them down. I use technology to set timeline/reminders that keep us on track of our progress. Weekly and monthly reviews are critical to making sure we achieve the goals we set.
