Pacific Printing Acquires Assets of Premier Color Graphics
NAPL announced Pacific Printing, Inc. of Fresno, Calif., headed by Brad Stiers, has acquired all assets of Visalia, Calif.-based Premier Color Graphics, Inc., from its founder and president Wayne Yada.
The announcement was made by the NAPL Business Advisory Team, which assisted Stiers with the transaction. Led by NAPL senior vice presidents John Hyde and Tim Fischer, the team provided advisory services that included identification of prospective acquisitions, outreach initiatives to appropriate candidates, business valuation, and assistance in completing due diligence.
"In times of declining demand such as we have experienced over the past few years, acquisition is a particularly viable expansion path for many organizations in our industry," Hyde said.
"We are excited to be adding the services and resources on which Premier has built its business and reputation," said Stiers. "Our newly gained abilities to provide offerings such as large-scale format graphics, vehicle wraps, promotional products, and more will enable customers in this area to benefit from single-source convenience."
Pacific will continue to be headquartered in Fresno and operate as Pacific Printing, Inc., both there and in Monterey, where it maintains a satellite office.
In Visalia, Tulare, Reedley, and Porterville, Calif., the company will be doing business as Premier Color Graphics. Stiers, who was named CEO and President of Pacific in 1997, is now CEO of the company. Jack Darrah has been appointed President/CFO and will oversee the Premier operations.
