Specialized Office Systems Acquires LOGO Expressions

Phoenix-based Specialized Office Systems has acquired Carlsbad, California-based LOGO Expressions. The transaction was effective on the first business day of November 2020.

“We are delighted to announce this acquisition as an expansion of our business in Southern California and, more specifically, the promotional products industry,” said Nathan Goldberg, president of Specialized Office Systems. “LOGO Expressions offers a wide selection of promo products, trade show items and corporate gifts, which will benefit our current customer base. Conversely, Specialized’s current product offering will benefit LOGO’s customer base.”

LOGO Expressions was founded in 1999 by Moffitt Adams, who had worked as an independent contractor for another promotional products company for the previous decade. The company was originally located in Vista, California, before moving to Carlsbad in 2008. While LOGO Expressions distributes a wide array of promo products to many different industries, it found a niche specializing in corporate trade show customized products, such as imprinted table covers, retractable banners, canopies, etc., which are sold via e-commerce under the trade name Imprinted Table Covers.
