TFP Launches Online Tax Form Finder

Oxnard, California-based TFP Data Systems has an innovative new website allowing users to quickly and easily find and view any W-2, 1098 or 1099 tax form along with other related employer tax form items. The site, www.taxformwizard.com, does not require registration and is an open site for print form dealers and distributors along with their staff and customers.

Users can search the site for a specific form in several ways. They can enter the type of form they need, such as "1099-INT," or they can enter the TFP form number. Or they can answer a series of four simple questions that ask for the type of form, the state, the number of employees and the type of printer they'll be using. Once the form is found, they can download a PDF of the form to view and print full size.

In addition, TFP will link the site to its dealer's website and even brand the site with the dealer identity. End-users can now easily find the forms they need and streamline the order process for the dealer.

TFP also has tied the site to a new 16-page catalog for end-users. The catalog is more open with a smoother flow and larger illustrations of the most popular forms. There are frequent reminders throughout the pages to access taxformwizard.com. The catalog user can see larger views of the catalog forms online as well as forms listed but not illustrated in the catalog. TFP offers this catalog to its dealers at no charge and includes a free dealer imprint on the front cover.
