Verified Label, Print and Promotions has completed the move to its new 12,000 sq. ft. headquarters at 7905 Hopi Place in Tampa, Fla. The increased space will allow the company to add an estimated six to 10 new employees to its current 18 employees in sales, customer service and production within the next several years.
"We performed a pre-move analysis to help us identify a location that would work well for our team members and avoid creating commuting difficulties for them," said Ray Sikorski, Verified Label's president and CEO. "We have great people here, and didn't want to risk losing anyone because of moving our offices. This should also be convenient for our customers, with easy access to highways and Tampa International Airport."
The new facility, double the size of the previous space, is evenly split between office/production and warehousing space, creating improved efficiencies that will better support the company's clients and new growth opportunities. By increasing from 33 to more than 160 pallet locations, warehousing capacity has increased fivefold, allowing for increased inventory and pick-and-pack services for client fulfillment programs.
The company inventories, stores and drop ships a wide variety of business materials and apparel orders in support of custom online storefronts that are created for specific client programs. This business is expected to expand in the new facility.
The move was completed with less than a day of down time, resulting in little or no disruption of service to the company's customers.
