WebbMason and RPM Announce Merger
Hunt Valley, Maryland-based WebbMason and Texas-based RPM announced their merger. The newly combined business, operating under the WebbMason name and brand, begins joint operations immediately.
The intent of the merger was to provide a more robust product offering to both companies' client base as well as prospective clients throughout the United States. In addition to the product offerings, the merger brings expanded reach, increased financial strength and shared technologies that focus on better solutions for the customer.
“The decision to merge not only provides growth opportunity within this competitive industry, but also will improve services for our customers and employees,” said Warner Mason, co-founder and president of WebbMason.
RPM, established in 1997, delivers complete, customized process and print management solutions through key manufacturer relationships and technology. This philosophy serves customers by way of optimizing their operational efficiencies, decreasing costs and accelerating response to market changes.
“The merger of these two established organizations will make a dynamic impact in the marketplace,” said Frank Poeschel, co-founder and president of RPM. Poeschel will lead the new WebbMason offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and in Bentonville, Ark.
The merged business will have more than 300 employees operate sales and customer service offices in 16 U.S. cities, and will have seven warehouse locations.
