Cenveo Acquires Printegra

Robert G. Burton, Sr., chairman and CEO of Stamford, Connecticut-based Cenveo, announced the company has acquired Printegra Corporation, Peachtree City, Ga., (a portfolio company of Huron Capital Partners LLC) in an all cash transaction. Printegra and its divisions—National Imprint Corporation and Synergy Label—are among the top brand names within the short-run printing industry. With an extensive operating history in providing custom short-run printing solutions to the business communication market, Printegra generates annual revenues of approximately $90 million.
