Oklahoma City-based INTEGRIS Health, the state's largest not-for-profit health-care organization, has agreed to purchase forms, printing, promotional products, and other business solutions from Indianapolis-based International Business Solutions Alliance (IBSA) through its purchasing agreement with Novation, the contracting services company of VHA Inc. and the University HealthSystem Consortium. INTEGRIS Health operates a system of 11 hospitals, led in the Oklahoma City area by INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center and INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center. Oklahoma City IBSA Affiliate Print Imaging Group will supply nine INTEGRIS Health regional hospitals and 19 physician's offices as part of the agreement. James Malone, founding and managing partner of Qorval, a financial and business restructuring firm based in Naples, Fla., has been named CEO of Cenveo, Englewood, Colo., effective June 27. Although forms still make up about half of distributors' total sales, non-forms products and services are an expanding part of the picture.
