Midlothian, Texas-based Ennis, Inc. has closed, as of Feb. 10, 2012, on its acquisition of the assets and business of PrintXcel and Printegra from the Custom Resale Group of Cenveo.

Ennis Inc., the Midlothian, Texas-based manufacturer of printed business products and apparel, has agreed to acquire certain assets of Cenveo's document business including the manufacturing facilities branded under the names PrintXcel and Printegra. Sales from both businesses are approximately $80 million annually.
Dayton, Ohio-based WorkflowOne announced the company has opened a production and distribution facility in Cranbury, N.J. The additional facility adds to the company’s capabilities in the areas of integrated digital printing, bindery, kitting, distribution and mailing services allowing WorkflowOne’s clients to better streamline and manage their customer communications. The new facility is nearly 200,000 square feet, managed by a state-of-the-art Warehouse Management Systems and Hagan Manufacturing software. The facility will offer wide-format printing capabilities in the spring.
