Deluxe Corp. Purchases B&B Solutions

Deluxe Corp., Shoreview, Minn., has acquired top 50 distributor B&B Solutions, Mabelvale, Ark. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Deluxe Corp. will continue to use the B&B Solutions name, evaluating the timing necessary to bring it under the Deluxe banner. “B&B Solutions will be added to the overall Deluxe small business portfolio to continue to enhance the services we provide to our small business owners,” Cameron Potts, vice president of public relations for Deluxe Corp., said to Print+Promo in an email interview.

Potts does not anticipate disruptions to current orders and believes customers of both companies will enjoy the added benefit of increased services across the board, including an improved online user experience.

“The acquisition expands the Deluxe small business services’ direct sales capability, which is critical to our growth strategy,” Potts continued. “B&B Solutions helps Deluxe continue to build our suite of small business marketing services, delivering end-to-end solutions for all of our customers.”

Founded by Jerry Spears, B&B Solutions provides printing and promotional services for businesses of varying sizes and industry focuses. Its portfolio includes promotional products, office products, digital printing, printed marketing solutions and more. The company finished at No. 16 in Print+Promo 2015 Top 50 distributors list, with nearly $24.8 million in annual sales.

All B&B Solutions offices will remain open until further notice.
