Envision Label Acquires Assets of American Label and Graphics

Envision Label, Lewisville, Texas, recently announced the acquisition of the operating assets of American Label and Graphics, Desoto, Texas--consisting of short-run label equipment and customer accounts.

"The equipment will allow us to be very competitive in the short-run market," said Jay Fair, vice president of Envision Label. "Historically, we have focused on long-run color labels with our wide-web, six- and seven-color presses. The acquisition will now enable us to run 500 to 5,000 labels in up to five colors."
