Imagine! Print Solutions has entered into a letter of intent to acquire DigiGraphics, Inc., located in Minneapolis.

Founded in 1979, DigiGraphics provides large format graphics, museum display graphics and environmental signage in a custom built state-of-the-art facility, and offers a full range of digital inkjet and photographic print and fulfillment services.
