Pacific Data Forms Acquires Speedflo Business Forms

Pacific Data Forms, a wholesale business forms manufacturer located in Signal Hill, Calif., recently acquired Glendale, Arizona-based Speedflo Business Forms Inc.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

"Along with our plant in Phoenix, Team Print Media, we feel the acquisition strengthens our West Coast presence and adds capacity for our customer base," said Kevin Mullaney, vice president, Pacific Data Forms. "We are excited to have all the folks at Speedflo, and plan to grow on their motto: 'On-time delivery specialists.'"

Speedflo Business Forms will now operate under the name Speedflo LLC.
