O'Brien has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing services with extensive knowledge in all aspects of multichannel communication and expertise in developing client-centric and data driven one-to-one marketing solutions. O'Brien's knowledge and skills in postal process optimization, fully variable digital printing, and relevant data targeting has enhanced campaign effectiveness and ultimately increased ROI.
Prior to joining SourceLink, O'Brien spent 6 years as vice president of sales and chief marketing officer for Direct Group, one of the nation's largest multichannel marketing firms with skill-sets in modeling & analytics, database management, direct mail production, fulfillment services, digital printing and e-messaging.
O'Brien has worked with a diverse client base in the financial services, insurance, telecom, utilities, and gaming industries.
