In a recent survey conducted by Pittsburgh-based Printing Industries of America (PIA), more than a quarter of companies acknowledged that their corporate culture was not supportive of employee engagement and continuous improvement. The survey also found that many companies don't have a continuous improvement program, and of those that do, approximately 30 percent admitted that their results had fallen well short of expectations.
