PINC Rebrands as Visual Media Alliance

The Printing Industries of Northern California has formally changed its name to the Visual Media Alliance. PINC's Board of Directors voted to make the change last fall and subsequently worked with a naming consultant and an identity design expert to select an appropriate new name and logo.

Supporting a Continually Improving Culture

In a recent survey conducted by Pittsburgh-based Printing Industries of America (PIA), more than a quarter of companies acknowledged that their corporate culture was not supportive of employee engagement and continuous improvement. The survey also found that many companies don't have a continuous improvement program, and of those that do, approximately 30 percent admitted that their results had fallen well short of expectations.
