1. Ennis Inc. to Acquire All of the Stock of Flesh Co and Its Subsidiary, Impressions Direct
It was another active year on the acquisition front for Ennis Inc. But, the deal between the Midlothian, Texas-based supplier and Flesh Co, a fourth-generation, family-owned company took many by surprise.
