Dave Kahle Presents "Top Gun Survival School"
Dave Kahle, president of The DaCo Corporation, Comstock Park, Mich., in conjunction with eight national associations, will host a series of one-day seminars to help "equip distributor salespeople to succeed in the 21st century," according to Kahle.
"Distributors are increasingly more concerned about new challenges being thrown at them," Kahle explained. "The marketplace is changing dramatically because of increasing competition, the rise of e-commerce, the expansion of alternate channels and new pressures from suppliers. This means that customers have less time to spend with salespeople," he said.
To help combat these changes, Kahle will host the Top Gun Survival School seminars, beginning in September. The content of the seminars will reflect the aggressive nature of the changes currently taking place in the industry and the proactive skills distributor salespeople need in order to successfully counter those changes. "We will be moving beyond theory and getting into some very specific tactics for survival and victory," Kahle said.
The one-day seminars will be presented in seven sites across the country, including Atlanta on Sept., 20, Chicago on Sept., 24, Dallas on Oct., 1, Baltimore on Oct., 18, Hartford, Conn., on Oct. 22, Los Angeles on Nov., 19 and Seattle on Nov. 22. Kahle will hold a limited-seating strategic luncheon with management each day.
