The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) recently conducted research that showed positive gains for the travel industry. Following a successful fourth quarter 2010, business travel spending in 2011 now is expected to exceed prior estimates (made last quarter) of a 5 percent growth, and instead advance by 6.9 percent.
