In all of the above instances, isn't it true that we are selling or trying to communicate a certain message? Are we not trying to get our point across and be heard? Everything we write, say and do involves sales, or as we have reframed it, communications. In order to be successful in any function in an organization, you must realize that you play an important role in the sales process.
