Even intangible job specs, such as timeline and follow-up products, must be spelled out. Not all jobs are completed in one mad rush. Many commercial print jobs are part of a larger campaign and need to fit in with other pieces. Addressing these issues before the job is started will save distributors future hassle and may win them more work.
