WorkflowOne Launches Digital Solutions Business Unit

Dayton, Ohio-based WorkflowOne’s newly launched digital solutions business unit provides a dedicated network of equipment, services and personnel required to meet the company’s growing demand for digital and variable data printing, mailing and electronic communications solutions. WorkflowOne Signs Contract With CommonWealth Purchasing Group

WorkflowOne, Dayton, Ohio, has signed a two-year contract with Boston-based CommonWealth Purchasing Group to become the nationwide print source for its 175 health-care providers and affiliates. The contract is estimated to be worth more than $2 million, and designates WorkflowOne as the preferred supplier for documents, forms and labels. CommonWealth members also will have access to WorkflowOne’s broad portfolio of marketing services and promotional products. Workflow Management to Sell Relizon Canada to the DATA Group

Headquartered in Greenwich, Conn., Workflow Management signed a share purchase agreement to sell 100 percent of the outstanding stock of Relizon Canada to The DATA Group Income Fund—a provider of document management solutions with 25 facilities throughout Canada. Completion of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including the approval of Canada’s Competition Bureau.
