KB: The customers loved the custom calendars, which really spoke to their sense of community. They loved the utility of both the almanac and the pocket options.
P+P: Did you encounter any challenges with this particular promotion? If so, how did you overcome them?
KB: It's extremely challenging to provide any completely custom calendar. We chose the right print partners and all worked together to make the design, content and results a win for everyone. Some of the challenges included getting an accurate almanac grid, gathering high-enough quality pictures, and dealing with hours of layout and design without overrunning the tight budgets for the bank. Our sales team, print partners, design team and customer all worked together to come up with the best options and solutions.
