IBSA Signs New Affiliate, Needs 50 More
Oklahoma City-based INTEGRIS Health, the state's largest not-for-profit health-care organization, has agreed to purchase forms, printing, promotional products, and other business solutions from
Indianapolis-based International Business Solutions Alliance (IBSA) through its purchasing agreement with Novation, the contracting services company of VHA Inc. and the University HealthSystem Consortium.
INTEGRIS Health operates a system of 11 hospitals, led in the Oklahoma City area by INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center and INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center. Oklahoma City IBSA Affiliate Print Imaging Group will supply nine INTEGRIS Health regional hospitals and 19 physician's offices as part of the agreement.
Since the start of IBSA's contract with Novation on Jan. 1, 2005, IBSA Affiliates have focused on selling to regional and rural hospitals, non-acute clinics and physician's offices.
In other company news, IBSA is seeking 50 new affiliates to join the company this year. The top
areas where affiliates are needed include: Denver, Louisville, Ken.; El Paso, Texas; Allentown,
Pa.; Scranton, Pa.; Little Rock, Ark.; McAllen-Edinburg, Texas; Daytona Beach, Fla.; and Melbourne-Titusville, Fla. Affiliates are also needed in many other areas of the country.
