Magdaleno added that the medical insurance industry provides limitless opportunities, and he encouraged distributors to look beyond forms and consider the big-picture needs of insurance customers. "Do some digging and find out what is needed," he said. "If a prospect is buying forms from another source, then offer to provide envelopes and other items. And, distributors who are already supplying the customer with forms should make sure that they are offering other support items so that clients become dependent on them for all of their needs."
