While all three women have been able to avoid gender prejudice, they know others aren't as lucky. Keegan offered some pointers. "Learn all aspects of the industry from manufacturing to marketing, customer service and selling, learn from the vast resource of experienced people in the industry, work smart, keep up-to-date on new technology and always keep an open mind for new and improved ways of satisfying the customer."
