Peluso-Slaney's entrepreneurial spirit paid off when she made company history by selling the single largest job for the company. The project at hand—"sentence strip" inserts for a publishing company.
"The job was in five different languages and had a multitude of different lots. Because the job was such a large undertaking we had to purchase additional equipment, rent additional space and hire additional help. It was worth about $750,000 in sales and was exciting to organize it and see it completed on time. … My role was a conduit from production to the client keeping them updated and informed," Peluso-Slaney discussed.
