Indeed, Walters observed that the profile of a current Ennis customer indicates that less than half of his or her sales revenues are generated by business forms, and that commercial printing and promotional products comprise the remainder. He went on to explain that with regard to the Alstyle Apparel move, Ennis was able to bring the two companies together for a more reasonable enterprise valuation on a combined basis due to the exchange of stock.
