The Solution: SGTXP participated in several events leading up to the big giveaway, including table nights, a hospitality/suite night, individual fan giveaways and a sponsored charity event benefitting Dress for Success San Antonio. Ratchford said that each of the two table nights attracted approximately 1,500 fans who won prizes, like collapsible water bottles, chip clips and the "fan favorite" cowbell, just for visiting the SGTXP table. Meanwhile, the hospitality night engaged more than 75 current and prospective customers who received promotional items for participating. The charity event drew in 100 participants, and SGTXP supplied wine glasses and an autographed book by Ruth Kink on how to run a profitable business, Ratchford mentioned. For the Fan Ingress Giveway event, SGTXP hoped to engage more than the typical 500 to 1,000 fans. The distributorship crafted a solution by partnering with another sponsor. All 7,500 attendees received a scratch-off card at the door for the chance to win tote bags, lunchboxes, shoulder bags, cowbells and more. According to Ratchford, more than 2,500 cards were redeemed.
