Foley mentioned incorporating a QR code on a direct mail piece. Recipients can use their mobile device to scan the code and be taken to a mobile or responsive site that would allow them to access information and download content.
"However, in order to access this content, they need to provide an email," Foley continued. "This is how inquiries and leads are generated for your business. At the end of the day, that's what it's all about."
